R A D I O L O G Y
X-ray’s have been one of the key diagnostic tools in veterinary medicine since the 1930s.
Remuera vet has two x-ray units that are calibrated and tested regularly in order to meet standards set by the Department of Health. The bigger x-ray unit is for routine x-rays of limbs chests and abdomens.
The smaller unit is a dental x-ray machine used for taking of course dental x-rays but also smaller areas where lots of detail is helpful e.g. feet, sinuses of small patients ,etc
